Happy holidays! (2018)

We're on holiday from 22 December and will be back in the new year, on 2 January. In the meanwhile, we'll address urgent support requests only.

We're on holiday from 22 December and will be back in the new year, on 2 January. In the meanwhile, we'll address urgent support requests only.

As we won't be available in our usual business hours due to vacations and public holidays, we will provide limited support services:  we will only have the capacity to process emergency issues.

You can contact us on our emergency email address (available from the usual spot in the menu too): emergency.support [at] bitrise.io

We're back to business on 2 January and we'll tackle all the non-urgent requests with all our might.

If you have an issue that is not urgent, you can try the following things until our support gets back to you:

  • Go to chat.bitrise.io and talk to your peers on our dedicated tech channels:

#ios
#flutter
#android
#react-native

  • Go to Discuss: you can search for issues there or start a new topic.
  • Try our documentation at our DevCenter
