Welcome back to another one of our Weekly Community Roundups, everyone! This week was a bit more laid-back compared to some of the hectic ones we've seen lately, but we still had some great mentions — let's see who's been talking about Bitrise this week.
Articles of the week
Last Monday, we saw an article from Ivan Parfenchuk, titled "Bitbucket+Bitrise: Configuring Continuous Integration for an iOS app". It was published on Bitbucket, and saw quite the buzz in the dev community, with a good number of retweets and likes alike — thank you, Ivan, for this amazing piece.
Goodies of the week
We also saw a step from DroidsOnRoids this week, called “Bitrise step for Flutter”. The name really gives it away — the step is for building and installing a Flutter app. Thanks for putting this together, folks!
Tweets of the week
Our first tweet of the week comes from Nate Petersen: Nate replied to Patrick McCarron’s tweet, in which he was asking for recommendations for CI solutions thanks to bad experiences he’s had in the near past. Thanks, Nate — it really does mean a lot to us.
Next up, we have a tweet from Gábor Horváth. Gábor mentioned using us over other platforms: as he put it, the advantages of using Bitrise include “less config, less maintain, no server, long build history, great and scalable pricing plan”. Thanks for the kind words, Gábor — cheers!
Next, we have a tweet from Csaba Pap, who just started using Bitrise, and has been very much so left with a lasting, positive impression. We’re happy you’re having fun, Csaba — happy building!
We also saw two tweets from Andrés Santibáñez, who also just got into using Bitrise, and shared with us not only his first, but his second green build as well. Great job, Andrés — we hope you have many more green builds to come.
We're always happy to see our fans discussing ways they're using the platform — so it was this week with Piercinald Anastasia Hawthorne and Joe Birch, who were talking about running unit tests in multi-module projects through Bitrise. Cheers, the both of you!
Last but not least, we have a strictly hypothetical question for you — if there was a certain CI/CD company who would want to host a full-fledged conference one day, perhaps in the near future, who would be the one app development speaker that you would definitely want to see there? Asking for a friend, obviously (but if you have any recommendations, don't hesitate to let us know through the thread).
In addition to these, we also want to thank everyone else who talked about Bitrise during the week, in any shape, way, or form.
That's it for this week, everyone! Thank you for checking out another one of our Weekly Community Roundups — we'll be back next time with even more articles, goodies, and tweets, and all our favorite social mentions. See you soon!
