Stretching across Iraq, Syria, Latin America, the United States, and beyond, Preemptive Love’s mission is to unmake violence and create a better world. They respond fast with relief on the frontlines of conflict by providing food, medicine, and shelter to support refugees and vulnerable families.

Entourage

Entourage is a French NGO supporting homeless people across various cities in France, by creating a social link with the inhabitants. People can join solidarity projects or launch their own event to help collect clothes, donations, or offer free meals. The idea behind the app is to create a network for people who do not have one.

Akamu

As a nonprofit association at the TU Darmstadt, the Akamu University Group improves the educational level by supporting students — via an open-source mobile application. Their aim is to encourage students to engage with learning in a fun and accessible way, through innovation and technology.

Simprints Technology

Simprints’ mission is to transform the way the world fights poverty. They have built a mobile app with a fingerprint scanner that integrates contactless biometrics into tools used by healthcare workers. Their digital health system helps increase transparency and effectiveness in global development and vaccination.

Preptrack Foundation

The Preptrack Foundation is a UK-based charity building software to support HIV prevention. PrEP is a safe and effective HIV-prevention drug, but taking it can sometimes be complicated. Their first app, Preptrack is coming soon the App Store and Google Play with the aim to help people use the medication correctly.
