Under the present Terms and Conditions customers of BrowserStack (User) with an active paid subscription (Subscription) have the opportunity to use Bitrise services without additional costs (Offer). By signing up using the above link, BrowserStack users give their explicit consent to Bitrise to check User’s Subscription status with BrowserStack as often as Bitrise deems it necessary.

Following the successful validation of User’s BrowserStack account, Bitrise allocates monthly credits to User’s account that User may use with no additional costs.

Bitrise in its sole discretion might decide to revoke or amend the amount of the monthly credits provided to User anytime (whether User has an active Subscription or not). Revocation of the free credits does not affect User’s right to access their Bitrise profile and continue using Bitrise services with a (free) Hobby plan as a default or to subscribe to any other Bitrise plans.

Bitrise might revoke the Offer without prior notice anytime.

The Offer only applies to BrowserStack customers newly subscribing to the services of Bitrise. Existing Bitrise Customers (“Customer” as defined in the T&C of Bitrise) are explicitly excluded from the Offer with the following exception: BrowserStack customers with an existing Bitrise account might be eligible to the Offer if they haven’t had a paid subscription with Bitrise in the year (365 days) prior registration.

The Terms of Service of Bitrise shall prevail in any matters not covered by the present Terms and Conditions.
