The end of the year is almost upon us. As the holidays approach, we’re sharing the most important details with you on how Bitrise will operate during the end of the year, 2024.
On-call and Support
No changes here during the holiday season.
- Engineers: Our engineers remain on-call throughout the holidays, ready to address and resolve any unlikely incidents.
- Customer success team: Our Customer Success team will also be available as usual. Reach out through our standard communication channels for support.
Stack Updates
To minimize disruptions during the holiday season, we’re implementing a freeze period during which we won’t release any stack updates. This period will start on December 19, 2024, and end on January 6, 2025. Here’s our schedule:
- Last date to release any updates: 5PM CET, December 19
- No updates: December 19 to January 6
- Updates resume: 9AM CET, January 6
What does this mean?
- No stack update will happen during this period.
- All stable and edge stack updates will be scheduled for January.
- Only critical fixes like security patches will be released during the freeze period.
