On-call and Support
No changes here during the holiday season.
- Engineers: Our engineers remain on-call throughout the holidays, ready to address and resolve any unlikely incidents.
- Customer success team: Our Customer Success team will also be available as usual. Reach out through our standard communication channels for support.
Stack Updates
To minimize disruptions during the holiday season, we’re implementing a freeze period during which we won’t release any stack updates. This period will start on December 19, 2024, and end on January 6, 2025. Here’s our schedule:Â
- Last date to release any updates: 5PM CET, December 19
- No updates: December 19 to January 6
- Updates resume: 9AM CET, January 6
What does this mean?
- No stack update will happen during this period.
- All stable and edge stack updates will be scheduled for January.
- Only critical fixes like security patches will be released during the freeze period.
